Drywall patch repair
Cut-out and replace the damaged drywall. Install backing support, apply joint compound and tape, float the edges and match the texture. Up to 12"x12". Additional costs for prime & paint.

Exhaust Fan Replacement
Remove the existing fan, inspect the opening and wiring for new fan, secure new fan bracing. Install new fan, secure wiring. Test operation. Additional costs to enter the attic.
03.
Ceiling Fan Replacement
Kill power to the fan and remove. Assemble the new fan and mount onto the appropriate fan brace. Wire the motor and light fixture, secure in place. Tighten the cover plates and test operation.
04.
Light Fixture Replacement
Kill the power to the fixture and remove. Install new mounting bracket, secure the wiring, and mount the fixture. Test for operation.
