Service Description

Basic labor under favorable conditions to paint a small area; like an empty bedroom, OR a small bathroom. This service includes prepping the area by filling the nail holes, taping the baseboards and windows, and caulking the edges. Stain block primer (where needed) and two coats of top coat. (Sample - an empty 10ft x 12ft bedroom takes 5hrs to 7hrs, start to finish). Includes clean up.
